Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, or HRMS modules and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Configure Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.) based on business needs.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot issues in Oracle EBS.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom development, interfaces, and integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user training documentation.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Conduct end-user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (or higher) modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and business flows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with AIM/OUM methodology is a plus.
